Customers Dashboard to analyze your subscribers data
The Customers dashboard provides an overview of your customers and detailed data on a customer level:
Active Trials
Active subscribers
Number of Billing Retry
Churned subscribers
Canceled Trials
Average payments count
Average price paid
Sales
Events environment (Sandbox, Production)
Filters
Available filters:
In-app purchase product
Subscriber Status
Currency
Device
OS version
Customers summary
Here you can see all your subscription metrics such as Active Trials, Active Subscribers, Churned Subscribers, Canceled Trials, Billing Retry, Average Payment Count, Average Price and Sales for the period chosen.
Also you can filter the data by Subscription product, Subscriber Status, Currency, Device and OS version.

Below you can find the details of the customers tracked:

Column names explanation:
Name
Description
Client UID
The unique ID of a subscriber assigned by Qonversion
Status
Real-time status of a subscriber: Trial, Active, Canceled, Billing retry or Refund
Last Payment
The exact time when a subscriber was charged
Currency
Transaction currency
Payments #
How many transactions a subscriber made
Net Payments
Sum of all of the transactions of a subscriber
Plan
The name of a subscription plan in App Store Connect
Since
The date when a user became a customer
Customer Details
Click a Client UID to see more details about a subscriber.
Here you can see the timeline of you customer's subscription history. This data is useful for fixing any issues with you subscriber data and understand Sandbox and Production events while debugging.

Please note, you can switch between the Sandbox and Production environment
In case you need to delete a subscriber and all of his transaction data use the Delete button in the right corner.

Note: When you delete a user, it affects all charts and reports in your Dashboard. This action can not be undone!
