Tracked Events

The following section describes each event type Qonversion tracks and sends to the third-party services.

Qonversion sends value for some events with revenue. Please see the value column.

Trial Started

The number of times your customers started a trial.

Trial Converted

The number of trials that have converted to a subscription.

Trial Canceled

The number of canceled trials. Cancellations can occur when a subscriber turns off auto-renew.

Trial Billing Retry

Trial went to a billing retry state.

Trial is active 3 days after started

A user did not cancel the trial three days after the trial start.

Subscription Started

The number of times your customers started a subscription.

Subscription Renewed

The number of subscriptions that have renewed.

Subscription Upgraded

A user purchases a subscription that offers a higher level of service than their current subscription.

Subscription Refunded

The number of subscriptions refunded to customers.

Subscription Canceled

The number of canceled subscriptions. Cancellations can occur when a subscriber turns off auto-renew, or when the App Store is unable to successfully bill a customer in billing retry for a renewal.

Subscription Billing Retry

Subscription went to a billing retry state.

In-App Purchase

An in-app purchase occurred.

Event time

Qonversion is able to set the exact time when an event occurs for most of the events. For example, when App Store or Google play charged a user.

But some events do not have the exact time. Qonversion sets up the event time for such events when Qonversion detects it while checking a user receipt. Here is the list of such events:

  • Trial Canceled

  • Trial Billing Retry Period

  • Subscription Canceled

  • Subscription Billing Retry Period

  • Trial Still Active
